Senior UI/UX Designer & Frontend Integrator

Job Summary :

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Senior UI/UX Designer with strong proficiency in HTML and CSS to join our growing team. This hybrid role demands both creative design thinking and technical implementation skills. You will be responsible for crafting user-centric, aesthetically compelling interfaces and delivering clean, responsive front-end code. As a key member of our team, you will collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to deliver seamless and engaging digital experiences.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop responsive, cross-browser compatible HTML5/CSS3 code based on finalized designs.

- Create wireframes, user flows, and interactive prototypes to visualize solutions.

- Ensure design consistency and alignment with brand guidelines across all platforms.

- Conduct user research and usability testing to validate and improve user experiences.

- Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure smooth handoffs and accurate implementation.

- Maintain and contribute to design systems and component libraries.

- Stay updated on design and frontend trends, tools, and best practices.

- Guide and mentor junior designers as needed.

Required Qualifications :

- Proficiency in tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, and InVision.

- Strong command of HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design techniques.

- Understanding of frontend development processes and collaboration practices.

- Familiarity with JavaScript and frontend frameworks is a plus.

- Strong attention to detail, user empathy, and design sensibility.

- Experience working in Agile or Scrum-based teams.

- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience working with design systems and modern frontend architectures.
