About the Role :

Were looking for a Senior UI/UX Designer to shape world-class digital experiences for high-impact, global products.

In this role, youll own the end-to-end design journey from user research and concepting to prototyping and pixel-perfect execution. Youll collaborate with international cross-functional teams to deliver intuitive, accessible, and scalable solutions that elevate user experience and product performance.

Key Responsibilities :

- Own end-to-end design execution from research and discovery to polished, production-ready designs.

- Create wireframes, flows, storyboards, and prototypes to communicate design concepts clearly.

- Partner with Product, Engineering, and Data teams to design seamless, user-centered experiences.

- Build and evolve design systems for consistency and scalability across products.

- Lead UX strategy for new features, driving usability, accessibility, and global consistency.

- Use AI-enhanced tools to accelerate design workflows, testing, and validation.

- Translate insights into actionable design improvements that balance user delight and business goals.

Requirements :

- 7+ years of UI/UX design experience, preferably in global or product-based companies.

- Expert in Figma (auto-layout, variants, prototyping, and design libraries).

- Skilled with Zeplin, Sketch, InVision, and Adobe Creative Suite.

- Solid understanding of Material Design, responsive design, and accessibility standards.

- Familiar with HTML/CSS to bridge design and development.

- Experience with CMS configuration and scalable layout templating.

- Knowledge of AI-powered design workflows and analytics-driven UX testing.

- Comfortable working in Agile environments using tools like Jira, Git, and Jenkins.

- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Bonus Points :

- Experience designing data-heavy or enterprise-scale digital products.

- Exposure to international design systems or multi-language UX challenges.
