Job Description :

We are hiring a UI / React Developer to build high-performance front-end applications for real-time pricing, trading, position, and risk systems. The role requires strong expertise in React, JavaScript, state management, AG Grid, and UI performance optimization.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop scalable, high-performance UI frameworks.

- Build real-time, data-intensive React applications.

- Optimize UI performance for large datasets.

- Create reusable components and shared libraries.

- Debug complex UI and production issues.

- Participate in code reviews and architecture discussions.

Required Skills :

- JavaScript (ES6+) async/await, closures, performance optimization.

- React v16+ functional components, hooks, class components.

- Redux / Redux Toolkit (RTK, RTK Query).

- AG Grid - server-side row model, custom renderers, performance tuning.

- Functional Programming concepts.

- RxJS or Lodash.

- Node.js (basic to intermediate).

- Experience with real-time trading / pricing / risk applications.

Nice to Have :

- Investment Banking / Capital Markets experience.

- Experience handling large datasets and low-latency UIs.
