Role Overview :

As a Senior UI Developer, you will spearhead the design and implementation of high-performance, scalable web applications that define the digital experience for our global user base. You will work in close collaboration with product managers, UX designers, and backend engineering teams to translate complex business requirements into intuitive, responsive interfaces. By leveraging modern frontend frameworks and cloud-native infrastructure, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing application performance and ensuring seamless delivery, directly impacting customer satisfaction and business growth in our Bangalore office.

Key Responsibilities :

- Architect and develop modular, reusable UI components using React.js and Next.js to ensure a consistent and high-quality user experience across all platforms.

- Integrate frontend applications with robust backend services built on Node.js to facilitate efficient data flow and real-time updates for end users.

- Deploy and manage frontend assets within the Azure ecosystem, utilizing cloud services to enhance application scalability, security, and global availability.

- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to refine technical specifications and drive the adoption of best practices in frontend architecture and code quality.

- Optimize application performance and accessibility standards to provide a frictionless experience for our diverse customer base.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated mastery in building complex, data-driven web applications using React.js and Next.js, with a deep understanding of state management and server-side rendering.

- Proven ability to design and maintain scalable APIs and server-side logic using Node.js to support high-traffic frontend interfaces.

- Hands-on experience in configuring and managing cloud infrastructure on Azure, ensuring seamless CI/CD pipelines and optimized deployment workflows.

- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and mentor junior developers in a collaborative team environment.
