Senior UI Developer - React.js/Javascript

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior UI Engineer with strong expertise in React.js and modern frontend technologies to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 8 years of overall development experience, including 3+ years of hands-on experience in React. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing high-quality, scalable, and responsive user interfaces while mentoring team members and driving UI best practices.

This is a Work from Office position, and interviews will be conducted Face to Face (first round mandatory).

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and implement scalable and performant UI components using React.js and related libraries.

- Define and enforce UI coding standards, best practices, and architectural guidelines across projects.

- Collaborate with UX/UI designers to transform wireframes, prototypes, and design concepts into high-quality, pixel-perfect code.

- Work closely with product managers and backend engineers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

- Mentor, guide, and support junior UI developers, fostering technical growth and collaboration.

- Conduct code reviews, ensuring adherence to design principles, maintainability, and performance optimization.

- Stay current with emerging UI trends, frameworks, and best practices, and evaluate their adoption within projects.

- Lead initiatives for UI performance optimization, accessibility, and cross-browser compatibility.

- Drive innovation and continuous improvement within the frontend development lifecycle.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 8+ years of professional software development experience with a focus on frontend/UI development.

- 3+ years of hands-on experience in React.js (hooks, functional components, context API).

- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, and modern frontend workflows.

- Experience with Redux (or similar state management libraries like MobX, Zustand).

- Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, JSON, and frontend-backend integration.

- Experience with build tools like Webpack, Babel, Vite, or similar.

- Familiarity with version control systems (Git/GitHub/GitLab).

- Strong debugging and performance tuning skills for large-scale applications.

- Good understanding of responsive design, accessibility (WCAG standards), and cross-browser compatibility.

Preferred Skills :

- Experience with TypeScript in React projects.

- Familiarity with Next.js or other React-based frameworks.

- Exposure to testing frameworks (Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress, Mocha).

- Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and frontend deployment strategies.

- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
