- Lead UI design across the Kult app and website - from concept to final execution.

- Translate product requirements and user insights into beautiful, intuitive visual designs.

- Own and evolve Kults design system (components, patterns, visual guidelines).

- Partner with UX designers, PMs, and engineers to ensure pixel-perfect implementation.

- Create high-fidelity UI screens, interaction flows, motion/animation guidelines, and micro-interactions.

- Maintain consistency of brand and design language across all surfaces.

- Mentor junior designers and review their work to maintain high design standards.

- Collaborate closely with engineering to ensure smooth handoff and accurate delivery.

- Bring strong aesthetic judgment and a refined eye for typography, color, layout, and visual hierarchy.

What You Should Bring :

- 4-8 years of experience in UI, Visual Design, or Product Design roles.

- Strong portfolio showcasing high-quality UI work for consumer apps (e-commerce experience is a plus).

- Deep understanding of design systems, visual hierarchy, layout, spacing, and mobile-first design principles.

- Expertise in Figma (components, variants, auto-layout, prototyping).

- Ability to work in fast-paced environments and handle multiple design tracks simultaneously.

- Strong collaboration skills with product managers, UX designers, and developers.

- Working knowledge of motion design and micro-interactions (Lottie is a plus).

- A strong sense of ownership and a passion for building products people love.
