Job Description :

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Senior UI Designer to design and maintain new and existing components and a design system.

In this role, you will be responsible for designing component libraries for mobile applications and working closely with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement innovative solutions for our customers.

Responsibilities :

- Design a reusable component library for design systems.

- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including product management, design, and engineering, to design and deliver UI.

- Participate in a governance model that will determine where and how UI components should be used to support business/customer needs.

- Employ design best practices to create intuitive, aesthetic, and functional user interface components.

- Continuously evaluate and adopt new techniques to improve the design process and customer experience for our digital products.

Requirements :

- Bachelor's degree in computer science, product design, human factors design, software design, or a related field.

- 5+ years of experience in software design or digital product design with a strong portfolio of mobile applications.

- Must demonstrate strong expertise in Figma, specifically with regard to component design, variants, library operations, and maintenance.

- Skilled at creating interactive prototypes in Figma.

- Experienced in delivering software, with an understanding of software development lifecycles (SDLC).

- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
