Role Overview :

We are looking for an experienced Senior Testing Lead with strong expertise in ETL Testing (Manual + Automation).

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in validating large-scale data pipelines, ensuring data accuracy, and building automation frameworks specifically for ETL processes.

Important :

This role requires ETL Automation Testing experience (Python/PySpark).

Profiles with only UI Automation (Selenium, etc.) will NOT be considered.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead end-to-end ETL testing strategy and execution

- Perform data validation, transformation testing, and data reconciliation

- Develop and maintain ETL automation frameworks using Python/PySpark

- Write complex SQL queries for data validation and analysis

- Work closely with data engineers, developers, and business teams

- Ensure data quality, integrity, and consistency across systems

- Manage test planning, test cases, defect tracking, and reporting

- Mentor junior testers and drive best testing practices

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Strong experience in ETL Testing (Manual + Automation)

- Hands-on experience in Python and/or PySpark for automation

- Advanced knowledge of SQL (joins, aggregations, data validation)

- Experience working with data warehouses / big data systems

- Understanding of data pipelines, data migration, and data transformation

- Experience in test planning, strategy, and stakeholder management

Good to Have :

- Experience with Big Data technologies (Hadoop, Spark, Hive)

- Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)

- Experience with CI/CD pipelines for test automation

- Knowledge of data governance and data quality tools

Key Clarification (Must Read) :

- ETL Automation Testing/UI Automation Testing

- This role focuses on data-level validation using Python/PySpark, not tools like Selenium
