We are looking for a highly skilled and results-driven Senior Test Engineer with 5-8 years of experience in automation testing to join our quality assurance team. The ideal candidate will be a technical expert with a strong command of Java and Selenium who can drive automation excellence, from framework creation to execution and maintenance.

Key Responsibilities :

- Framework Development : Take ownership of and create automation frameworks from scratch using industry best practices to ensure scalability, robustness, and maintainability.

- Script Maintenance & Execution : Design, develop, maintain, and execute robust automation scripts across functional and regression test suites, primarily utilizing Selenium with Java.

- Framework Customization : Analyze and modify/customize existing test automation frameworks to incorporate new features, tools, or improve overall efficiency and coverage.

- Database Testing : Perform hands-on Database Testing to validate data integrity, consistency, and accuracy by writing and executing complex SQL Queries.

- Collaboration : Work closely with development, product, and business teams to understand application features, testing requirements, and overall quality goals.

- Quality Assurance : Identify, document, and track software defects and assist developers in root cause analysis.

- Best Practices : Contribute to defining and enforcing automation testing standards, guidelines, and processes.

Nice-to-Have Skills :

- API Testing : Hands-on experience with API testing tools like POSTMAN.

- DevOps : Working knowledge and experience integrating automation into CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab, Azure DevOps).

- Methodology : Familiarity with and working experience in an Agile development environment (Scrum/Kanban).
