Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable and modular test automation frameworks using Python.

- Develop framework components using OOP, design patterns, REST APIs, and extensible architecture.

- Integrate automation frameworks with backend web services and internal systems.

- Develop automated testing solutions for software, hardware, and system-level scenarios.

- Troubleshoot, optimize, and maintain test frameworks across different environments.

- Work with global engineering teams to establish coding standards, best practices, and documentation.

- Support engineers in adopting automation tools, processes, and guidelines.

Requirements :

- 7+ years of hands-on Python development experience.

- Strong experience in developing scalable and modular software/frameworks.

- Good knowledge of REST APIs, OOP, design patterns, and software architecture.

- Hands-on experience with Python test automation frameworks, preferably PyTest/unittest.

- Experience with Python package management, virtual environments, and project structuring.

- Good exposure to Linux and scripting.

- Experience with GitLab, Jenkins, TeamCity, or similar CI/CD tools.

- Experience with Django or other Python web frameworks.

- Exposure to fieldbus or communication protocols.

- Experience in hardware/system-level testing or electronics.

- Experience working with international/global engineering teams.
