Role Overview :

We are hiring a Senior Test Analyst with strong experience in Temenos T24 (Transact) Core Banking to support Wealth Management / Private Banking modules. The role involves SIT (System Integration Testing) and Acceptance Testing, ensuring end-to-end quality validation of banking workflows.

Key Responsibilities :

- Perform System Integration Testing (SIT) and Acceptance Testing (AT) for T24 applications

- Design, review, and execute test cases and test scenarios

- Validate end-to-end banking workflows (wealth/private banking)

- Identify, log, and track defects using tools like JIRA/ALM

- Work closely with business analysts, developers, and stakeholders

- Perform data validation, reconciliation, and functional testing

- Support UAT cycles and production validation

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated expertise in testing Temenos T24 core banking environments, with a deep understanding of banking modules and functional workflows.

- Proven ability to manage SIT and UAT processes, including test case creation, execution, and defect tracking using tools like JIRA and ALM.

- Strong domain knowledge in Wealth Management, enabling the effective validation of investment portfolios, asset classes, and client reporting.

- Excellent analytical and communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical issues to both functional and non-technical stakeholders.

- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, office-based environment in Chennai, maintaining high productivity across multiple project streams.

- Candidates must possess 5 to 10 years of relevant professional experience in banking software testing.
