Senior Test Analyst

Description :

- Work with the relevant stakeholders to develop, coordinate and manage integrated testing

- Development of detailed SIT Test plans

- Development of Test Cases to be executed during SIT stage

- Execution of Integration Testing and reporting of test results

- Execution of API testing via Postman

- Report any issues found throughout the SIT stage and triage them to resolution

- Work on Data preparation in lieu of SIT phase independently or coordinate with relevant stakeholders for data set-up

- Development of Test Summary Reports and delivering SIT walkthroughs

- Maintenance and augmentation of existing automated test cases using UI Path

- Report any issues found throughout the SIT stage and triage them to resolution

Mandatory skills :

- Demonstrated expertise in SIT processes, integration testing methodologies, and API testing tools like Postman

- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, including experience working within Agile frameworks such as Scrum or SAFe, contributing to sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and iterative testing cycles

- Proven ability to develop detailed test plans and test cases, execute integration and API testing independently, and report results effectively.

- Strong analytical skills to identify, document, and triage issues during the SIT phase, providing actionable insights for resolution.

- Experience in preparing and managing accurate and complete data sets for testing purposes, either independently or in collaboration with stakeholders.

- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including onshore IT teams, to align on processes and address challenges.

- Familiarity in automated testing frameworks and tools like UI Path is good to have

Desired skills :

- Experience in the telecom industry

- Hands-on knowledge of Salesforce and ServiceNow

- Familiarity with automated testing frameworks/tools like UiPath

- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently while coordinating with stakeholders
