About the Role :

We are seeking a visionary Senior Technology Officer to lead our technology strategy, architecture, and product development. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Full Stack development, hands-on experience with Java, Python, C#, and C++, and a proven track record of managing high-performing engineering teams.

As STO, you will drive innovation, oversee technology operations, and align our technical vision with business goals to deliver scalable, secure, and cutting-edge solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Define and execute the companys technology strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals.

- Lead architecture design, software development, and product delivery across multiple platforms.

- Oversee Full Stack development and ensure best practices in coding, testing, deployment, and maintenance.

- Mentor and manage engineering teams, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence.

- Evaluate and implement emerging technologies, frameworks, and tools to improve efficiency and scalability.

- Ensure robust security, compliance, and data privacy across all technology solutions.

- Collaborate with executives and stakeholders to prioritize projects, manage budgets, and allocate resources effectively.

- Represent the technology organization externally with partners, clients, and investors.

Mandatory Skills & Expertise :

- Full Stack Development - Expertise in both frontend and backend development, architecture, and scalable solutions.

- Java - Strong experience in enterprise-level applications, frameworks, and backend services.

- Python - Proficiency in backend development, scripting, data analysis, and automation.

- C# - Experience in building desktop, web, and cloud-based applications.

- C++ - Strong skills in system-level programming, performance-critical applications, or embedded systems.

- Cloud & DevOps - Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and CI/CD pipelines.

- Leadership & Strategic Planning - Proven experience in leading engineering teams, project management, and technical vision.

Preferred Skills :

- Experience with microservices, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and scalable architectures.

- Knowledge of database systems (SQL/NoSQL) and distributed systems.

- Understanding of AI/ML, cybersecurity, or emerging technologies is a plus.

- Excellent communication, decision-making, and stakeholder management skills.

Qualifications :

- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

- 12+ years of experience in technology roles, with at least 5 years in leadership positions.

- Demonstrated ability to lead high-performing teams and deliver complex software products.

- Strong business acumen combined with technical expertise.
