Role Overview :

Senior Techno-Functional SAP B1 Specialist to lead our technology initiatives and drive operational excellence.

In this role, youll blend strong technical expertise with a deep understanding of business processes to optimize, integrate, and scale our ERP ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities :

SAP B1 Implementation & Optimization :

- Oversee end-to-end SAP B1 deployments, upgrades, and enhancements.

- Configure modules (e.g., Finance, Sales, Inventory) and customize workflows to align with business needs.

Techno-Functional Leadership :

- Serve as the bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders, ensuring seamless communication.

- Translate business requirements into functional specifications and oversee their technical implementation.

Process Improvement & Automation :

- Identify opportunities to streamline processes within ERP, CRM, and other integrated systems.

- Implement best practices to enhance efficiency, data accuracy, and reporting capabilities.

System Integrations :

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate SAP B1 with external applications (e.g., e-commerce, CRM, warehouse management).

- Ensure data consistency and optimal system performance across all integrated platforms.

Ownership & Mentorship :

- Lead small teams or external vendors in project execution, setting timelines and quality

benchmarks.

- Provide guidance and knowledge-sharing sessions to junior team members on SAP B1 functionalities and best practices.

Troubleshooting & Support :

- Oversee debugging and root-cause analysis for SAP B1 issues.

- Develop and maintain documentation, training materials, and SOPs for system users.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

Educational Background :

- BTech/MTech, BCA/MCA from Tier 1 or Tier 2 colleges.

- Top 20 percentile in academics (preferred).

Experience :

- 4 - 7 years of hands-on experience in SAP B1 techno-functional roles.

- Proven track record in designing, implementing, and optimizing ERP solutions.

Technical Proficiency :

- Strong understanding of SAP B1 modules, configurations, and development (e.g., SDK, Crystal Reports).

- Familiarity with AWS, MS Office, and other related technologies.

- Experience with systems integration, web services, and data migration is a plus.
