About the Role :

We are looking for an experienced SAP QM Techno-Functional Consultant with strong ABAP debugging expertise to support SAP Quality Management processes along with Plant Maintenance (PM) and Sales & Distribution (SD).

The ideal candidate will have a strong combination of SAP QM functional knowledge and technical ABAP capabilities, with hands-on experience in configuration, debugging, enhancements, integrations, implementation projects, and production support.

Key Responsibilities :

SAP Functional Responsibilities :

- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to SAP QM, with exposure to PM and SD processes.

- Configure and support SAP QM processes based on business requirements.

- Support SAP PM and SD processes and their integration with QM and other SAP modules.

- Analyze existing business processes and identify opportunities for SAP process improvements.

- Prepare functional specifications and support technical teams in solution development.

- Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and UAT in coordination with business users.

- Provide production support, troubleshooting, and root-cause analysis.

- Prepare process documentation and provide end-user support and training.

Technical / ABAP Responsibilities :

- Perform ABAP debugging to identify and resolve issues in SAP standard and custom programs.

- Analyze and troubleshoot ABAP reports, interfaces, enhancements, and custom developments.

- Work with User Exits, BAdIs, Enhancements, and debugging tools.

- Understand ABAP code and collaborate with ABAP developers for technical fixes and enhancements.

- Support interfaces and integrations between SAP QM, PM, SD, and other SAP modules.

- Assist with data migration, system upgrades, enhancements, and technical improvements.

- Analyze technical issues and translate business requirements into appropriate technical solutions.

Mandatory Skills :

- Strong hands-on experience in SAP QM.

- Mandatory hands-on experience in ABAP debugging.

- Experience in SAP functional configuration and business process understanding.

- Exposure to SAP PM and SD.

- Experience in SAP implementation and/or rollout projects.

- Experience in SAP production support and troubleshooting.

- Strong understanding of SAP integration and cross-module business processes.

- Ability to translate business requirements into functional and technical solutions.

Experience :

- 9+ years of overall SAP experience.

- Minimum 23 SAP implementation / rollout projects.

- Demonstrated experience working across both functional SAP configuration and technical ABAP/debugging activities.

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
