- Act as a bridge between business and technical teams, ensuring business requirements are effectively translated into functional and technical specifications.

- Provide subject matter expertise in Corporate and Private Banking Lending.

- Configure and enhance AA (Arrangement Architecture) modules based on client needs.

- Lead and support the design, implementation, and testing of banking solutions.

- Conduct user training sessions, create documentation, and support UAT.

- Troubleshoot and resolve issues, providing L2/L3 support as needed.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution within defined timelines.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 9- 12 years of experience in the BFSI domain, with a strong focus on AA (Arrangement Architecture).

- Mandatory domain experience in Corporate and Private Banking Lending.

- Strong techno-functional understanding of banking products and processes.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with technical teams and business users.

- Ability to lead discussions, provide expert-level insights, and drive solutioning activities.

- Experience working in Agile environments and familiarity with project delivery methodologies.

Good to Have :

- Exposure to Temenos Transact (T24) or other core banking platforms.

- Prior experience in managing system upgrades or banking transformation programs.

- Hands-on knowledge of AA configuration tools and scripting is a plus.
