Senior Technical Project Manager - eCommerce Domain

Role Overview :

- Manage end-to-end delivery of projects involving Java-based microservices in an eCommerce environment.

- Collaborate with onshore stakeholders to gather requirements, define project scope, and drive alignment.

- Plan, track, and control project schedules, budgets, risks, and resource allocation.

- Ensure adherence to Agile/Scrum frameworks and project governance standards.

- Coordinate with development teams on design, development, integration, and deployment activities.

- Proactively identify risks, issues, and dependencies, along with mitigation strategies.

- Maintain seamless communication between offshore and onshore teams.

- Monitor KPIs and prepare detailed project status reports for stakeholders.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 8+ years of IT experience, with at least 3+ years in Project Management.

- Strong understanding of Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices architecture.

- Experience with eCommerce platforms such as SAP Commerce, Magento, or Salesforce Commerce Cloud.

- Familiarity with cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and CI/CD pipelines.

- Strong grasp of Agile methodologies and project tools like Jira and Confluence.

- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management capabilities.

Education & Certifications :

- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.

- Certifications such as PMP, CSM, or equivalent are an added advantage.
