Job Description

Responsibilities :



- Own and manage the entire project lifecycle from initiation to closure, defining project plans, milestones, and deliverables.



- Monitor and control project scope, schedule, and financials to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery.



- Act as the primary point of contact for clients and internal teams, ensuring transparent communication and timely updates.



- Drive the delivery of high-quality cloud and AI solutions by collaborating with technical leads, business analysts, developers, and QA teams.



- Prepare and share weekly status reports, financial summaries, and management updates.



- Identify and mitigate risks and issues proactively throughout the project lifecycle.



- Mentor and guide team members, fostering collaboration and performance excellence.



- Manage project dependencies and represent your project in cross-functional forums.



- Apply deep technical understanding of software delivery practices, KPIs, and quality measures to oversee technical execution.



- Contribute to solution design and architecture discussions, with a strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP).



- Look for opportunities to expand project scope or establish multi-phase engagement within the same client.



Requirements :



- 9+ years of experience in Technical Project Management within software or IT services.



- Strong understanding of software delivery lifecycles (SDLC) across Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.



- Hands-on experience managing budgets, timelines, and client communications for technical projects.



- Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira, Smart Sheets, and related platforms.



- Solid understanding of AI, ML, DevOps, and cloud technologies (AWS, GCP).



- Advanced knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets and familiarity with different contract models (T& M, fixed price).



- Recognised Project Management Certification (PMP, ITIL, or equivalent) is a must.



- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.



- Ability to engage with clients, understand technical complexities, and assess the impact of project decisions.
