Job Title : Technical Project Manager

Job Summary :

We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead and deliver complex technical projects across data-driven initiatives. The role requires close collaboration with engineering, product, and business stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with quality and technical standards.

Roles & Responsibilities :

- Plan, execute, and monitor technical projects from initiation through delivery

- Collaborate with engineering, product, and business teams to define project scope, requirements, and deliverables

- Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource plans

- Identify project risks and implement effective risk mitigation strategies

- Ensure adherence to technical standards, data governance, and quality assurance processes

- Track project progress, manage dependencies, and resolve issues proactively

- Prepare and present status reports, dashboards, and updates to stakeholders

- Ensure timely delivery while maintaining high-quality outcomes

Primary Skills :

- Data Engineering & Analytics

- Strong understanding of data pipelines, analytics platforms, and reporting systems

Secondary Skills :

- Data Modeling

- Quality Assurance (QA) processes and validation methodologies

Required Qualifications & Experience :

- Proven experience as a Technical Project Manager or similar role

- Strong background in managing data engineering and analytics projects

- Experience working with cross-functional technical teams

- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment

Good to Have :

- Experience with Agile / Scrum / SAFe methodologies

- Familiarity with cloud platforms and modern data stacks

- PMP, Scrum Master, or similar project management certifications
