Senior Technical Program Manager AI-Powered B2B Marketing Solutions is a critical, full-time, on-site leadership position based in Mumbai (Andheri), focused on the successful delivery and deployment of advanced Artificial Intelligence (AI) driven marketing platforms.

This role combines senior-level project management rigor with a strong understanding of modern cloud-native architecture and AI/ML pipelines, requiring the incumbent to lead cross-functional delivery teams and manage high-stakes client relationships.

Accountability is centered on ensuring that complex software projects meet agreed-upon timelines, budget constraints, quality metrics, and ultimately, drive quantifiable business value for B2B clients.

Leadership Responsibilities and Project Delivery :

- End-to-End Project Ownership : Lead and manage the entire lifecycle of AI-powered solution delivery, from client requirements definition and scope finalization through development, UAT, and production deployment, strictly adhering to project deadlines and budget limitations.

- Client Relationship and Stakeholder Management : Serve as the primary point of contact for client leadership, facilitating requirements gathering workshops, aligning on product scope and priorities, communicating project status, and professionally handling feedback and escalations.

- Team Leadership and Mentorship : Manage and mentor cross-functional delivery teams (including engineers, data scientists, and QA), providing agile coaching, ensuring strong individual performance, clear communication channels, and fostering a culture of high accountability and execution quality.

- Risk and Blockage Management : Proactively identify, analyze, and mitigate project risks (e.g., scope creep, resource constraints, system dependencies) and aggressively remove impediments/blockers to maintain team velocity and keep the delivery pipeline on track.

- Agile Governance : Champion the effective implementation of Agile/Scrum methodologies, overseeing sprint planning, backlog grooming, daily stand-ups, and sprint reviews to optimize workflow, manage commitments, and ensure continuous iterative delivery.

- Process Improvement and Reporting : Continuously review and optimize delivery processes and tooling for efficiency gains. Provide key insights and performance metrics (KPIs) on project health, team velocity, and client engagement to executive leadership.

- Internal Coordination and Alignment : Work closely with the Engineering Team on architectural decisions, the Product Team on feature prioritization and roadmap, and the Customer Success Team on smooth solution handovers and post-launch support.

Required Experience and Skills :

- Delivery and Project Management Experience : Proven track record (5+ years) as a Delivery Lead, Delivery Manager, or Senior Project Manager specifically managing software development projects in a technology-driven environment.

- Project Management Frameworks : Solid, hands-on understanding and experience with Agile/Scrum project management methodologies and tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps).

- Communication and Client Management : Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills for effective stakeholder management, managing client expectations, and translating business needs into actionable technical goals.

- Leadership and Mentorship : Demonstrated leadership abilities in guiding, motivating, and performance-managing highly skilled cross-functional teams.

- Quality and Scope Management : Proven ability to define and enforce quality gates, manage scope integrity, and handle multiple complex projects concurrently without compromising output quality.
