We are seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager (TPM) to join our Customer Delivery team in Bangalore.

This is a high-impact, customer-facing role where you will play a critical part across the full customer lifecyclefrom pre-sales solutioning and implementation delivery to post-go-live support and account expansion.

You will work at the intersection of customers, product, engineering, and sales, owning multiple concurrent programs and ensuring successful adoption of Nurixs GenAI-powered solutions.

This role is ideal for a technically strong, execution-focused TPM who thrives in fast-paced environments and is excited about driving real-world AI transformation for enterprise customers.

Key Responsibilities :

Program & Delivery Ownership :

- Own end-to-end delivery of multiple customer implementations, ensuring scope, timelines, quality, and customer satisfaction.

- Define, document, and manage detailed project plans, milestones, risks, and dependencies.

- Drive technical design discussions, architecture decisions, and implementation alignment with engineering teams.

- Coordinate deployment, testing, and production rollouts to ensure smooth go-lives.

Customer Engagement & Stakeholder Management :

- Act as the single point of contact for customers throughout the project lifecycle.

- Build strong customer trust through clear communication, regular status updates, and proactive issue management.

- Lead post-go-live support coordination, including incident management, SLA adherence, root cause analysis (RCA), and resolution tracking.

Pre-Sales & Solutioning :

- Participate in pre-sales solutioning, supporting demos, solution discovery, and technical discussions.

- Develop a deep understanding of Nurix AI agents and platform capabilities to effectively position solutions.

- Partner with Sales and Solutions teams to support deal closures and smooth transitions into delivery.

Post-Go-Live Expansion & Value Creation :

- Act as a trusted advisor to customers on AI-driven use cases and solution enhancements.

- Identify opportunities to expand Nurixs footprint within customer accounts through additional use cases, features, or integrations.

- Track solution usage and value realization across customer deployments.

Cross-Functional Collaboration :

- Work closely with Product and Engineering teams to influence roadmap prioritization based on customer needs.

- Collaborate with Sales, Support, and Operations teams to ensure successful customer outcomes.

- Drive best practices across program management, delivery processes, and customer engagement.

Reporting & Commercial Operations :

- Track customer usage metrics and implementation progress.

- Prepare and share reports required for customer invoicing based on agreed commercial models.

- Maintain accurate program documentation and delivery artifacts.

Required Qualifications & Experience :

- 6- 8 years of experience in technical program management, implementation, or delivery roles.

- Proven experience managing multiple concurrent technical projects in customer-facing environments.

- Strong exposure to pre-sales solutioning and implementation delivery.

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Technology Management, or a related field.

- Solid understanding of software delivery lifecycles, Agile/Scrum methodologies, and DevOps practices.

- Hands-on experience using project and delivery tools such as Jira or equivalent.

- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.

- Ability to quickly learn and adapt in a fast-evolving AI / GenAI ecosystem.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience delivering AI, ML, or GenAI-based solutions (custom AI experience is a strong plus).

- Prior experience in enterprise SaaS or platform-based product implementations.

- Strong technical depth to engage in architecture and design discussions with engineering teams.
