About the Role :
We are seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager to play a critical role in leading customer onboarding, managing complex technical implementations, and ensuring the seamless delivery of our enterprise solutions. This role requires a strong blend of technical expertise, project management excellence, and customer-centric mindset.
As the primary technical liaison between customers and internal teams, you will drive implementation success by translating business requirements into scalable technical solutions, coordinating across multiple functions, and ensuring timely project execution. You will also continuously improve processes, identify optimization opportunities, and act as a trusted advisor to both customers and internal stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities :
- Serve as the primary technical point of contact throughout the customer lifecycle - from onboarding and setup to post-implementation support and enhancements.
- Lead end-to-end program management for customer implementations, including scoping, planning, execution, testing, and delivery.
- Collaborate with Customer Success, Product, Engineering, and Operations teams to define project requirements, prioritize deliverables, and ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Translate complex functional and technical requirements into actionable plans, ensuring clarity and alignment across all stakeholders.
- Oversee technical solution design, integration, and deployment, ensuring all systems and data flows are configured accurately and securely.
- Identify and resolve technical roadblocks, anticipate risks, and develop mitigation strategies to ensure successful and timely project completion.
- Manage ongoing technical relationships with customers, supporting system upgrades, API integrations, and change requests.
- Define and track key performance metrics to monitor implementation progress, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
- Prepare and deliver status reports, risk assessments, and executive updates to internal and external stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive onboarding playbooks, implementation documentation, and best practices to enhance scalability and consistency across projects.
- Continuously evaluate processes, tools, and workflows to drive operational excellence and improve the customer onboarding experience.
Requirements :
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical discipline.
- 8+ years of experience in Technical Program Management, Customer Onboarding, or Implementation Management roles within a SaaS, Cloud, or enterprise technology environment.
- Strong technical foundation, with hands-on understanding of APIs, data integrations, cloud architecture (AWS, Azure, or GCP), and system connectivity.
- Proven track record of delivering complex, cross-functional technical projects on time and within scope.
- Experience with Agile methodologies, project tracking tools such as Jira, Confluence, or Asana, and documentation tools like Lucidchart or Miro.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage effectively with technical and non-technical audiences.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities, with a proactive approach to identifying and mitigating risks.
- Demonstrated success working in fast-paced, distributed, and cross-functional environments.
- Familiarity with SaaS integrations, data migration, and system scaling will be an advantage.
