As a Senior Technical Product Manager, you will be the driving force behind the vision, strategy, and execution of our core analytics offering and data warehouse platform.

This role operates at the critical intersection of product management, engineering leadership, and advanced business intelligence, demanding hands-on technical rigor, strategic business judgment, and exceptional cross-functional execution.

You will act as a player-coach to a team of product analysts, defining the future of our analytical capabilities while leading project execution and mentoring team members.

Key Responsibilities :

Product Strategy & Vision :

- Define and champion the product vision and roadmap for Sense Analytics platforms, such as data warehousing, advanced business intelligence, or cloud infrastructure, aligning team efforts to company OKRs.

- Shape the overall data strategy, bridging the gap between raw data and actionable insights to enable data-driven decision-making across the organization.

- Manage key stakeholder relationships, prioritize initiatives, and manage resource allocation to maximize value delivery and organizational efficiency.

- Bring strong, data-driven and strategic technical judgment to decisions, effectively translating complex technical tradeoffs into business impact and communicating results to senior leadership.

Program Execution & Delivery :

- Own the end-to-end program delivery for large, complex analytics projects, from initial concept and requirements gathering through to implementation, ensuring high-quality and accurate reports, dashboards and features are delivered through the development lifecycle.

- Identify, manage, and mitigate both technical and business risks that threaten program success, and proactively manage cross-team dependencies.

- Drive the analysis cycle by guiding the team from framing business questions and building hypotheses to performing rigorous analysis, interpreting results, and recommending meaningful actions.

- Identify opportunities to improve execution and increase team productivity through process improvements and tooling enhancements.

Technical & Data Architecture Leadership :

- Lead the design and implementation of business intelligence, data warehouse infrastructure, data structures, and batch/real-time data pipelines.

- Oversee the development and deployment of insightful dashboards, ensuring data quality, accuracy, and adherence to governance principles.

- Improve the data maturity of the organization by implementing data quality, data standardisation and governance practices.

- Provide cross-functional leadership and technical credibility to Engineering and Product Management teams, diving deep into sophisticated software systems and modern cloud architectures to drive outstanding program outcomes.

Qualifications :

Minimum Qualifications :

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, or related field) or equivalent practical experience.

- A minimum of 5-7 years of demonstrated industry experience in technical program management, product management, or a related technical role.

- At least 1+ years in a leadership capacity, directly managing and coaching product analytics or business intelligence teams.

- Proficiency in data analysis tools and languages, including SQL, Python, or R, with hands-on experience in data modeling, analytics, and insights.

- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence and persuade technical and non-technical stakeholders at all levels of seniority.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Prior experience in a player-coach role, mentoring and developing a team of data analysts or technical program/product managers.

- Experience leading organizational change efforts and delivering data-focused programs in a B2B SaaS product environment.

- Deep familiarity with modern data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Sigma Computing) and hands-on experience with cloud data warehouse technologies (Snowflake, Databricks, Google BigQuery).

- Hands-on experience with LLMs, modern AI analytics technology, or building internal platforms and infrastructure automation tools.

- Strong understanding of cloud architectures, distributed systems, and infrastructure capacity planning concepts.
