About The Role :

We are looking for an experienced Senior Technical Manager to lead engineering teams and drive the development of innovative technology products used by medical students and healthcare professionals.

This role requires a strong mix of technical leadership, people management, product delivery, software architecture, and AI implementation experience.

You will work closely with Product, Engineering, QA, DevOps, and Business teams to build secure, scalable, and high-performing applications.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead and manage software engineering teams across multiple projects.

- Drive end-to-end product development and timely project delivery.

- Define technical architecture, system design, and engineering standards.

- Review application performance, security, scalability, and reliability.

- Collaborate with Product Managers and business stakeholders to define technical roadmaps.

- Mentor engineers and support career development within the team.

- Conduct code reviews and promote engineering best practices.

- Manage project timelines, resource planning, and risk mitigation.

- Work closely with QA and DevOps teams to improve delivery processes.

- Lead implementation of AI-powered solutions and emerging technologies.

- Support adoption of Generative AI, LLMs, RAG frameworks, and intelligent automation solutions.

- Monitor production systems and drive continuous improvements.

- Ensure technology solutions align with business goals and user requirements.

Required Skills :

- Minimum 10 Years of Software Engineering Experience.

- Experience Managing Engineering Teams.

- Strong Knowledge of Python Development.

- Experience with FastAPI.

- Strong Experience with React.js or Next.js.

- Experience Designing Scalable Applications.

- Strong Understanding of APIs and Distributed Systems.

- Experience with Cloud Infrastructure.

- Project Management and Product Delivery Experience.

- Strong Problem-Solving and Technical Decision-Making Skills.
