Description :

We are looking for an experienced Technical Lead who can take complete ownership of our web and mobile platforms. The role requires strong hands-on experience in the MERN stack and Flutter, along with the ability to lead a team and drive end-to-end development.

You will be responsible for designing, developing, deploying, and maintaining applications. You will also ensure the systems are scalable, secure, high-performing, and meet quality standards.

Role & responsibilities :

- Lead end-to-end development of web (MERN) and mobile (Flutter) applications

- Handle complete lifecycle : planning - development - deployment - maintenance

- Manage and guide frontend, backend, and mobile developers

- Take ownership of source code, code quality, and version control

- Design system architecture, APIs, and database structure

- Track project timelines, milestones, and delivery

- Ensure projects are delivered on time with good quality

- Manage deployment, CI/CD, and server/cloud setup

- Monitor budgets, resources, and team productivity

- Ensure data security, privacy, and compliance standards

Preferred candidate profile :

- 8 to 15 years of hands-on software development experience

- Strong expertise in MERN stack (MongoDB, Express, React, Node.js)

- Experience with Flutter for mobile app development

- Proven experience in leading development teams

- Strong understanding of system architecture and scalable design

- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure)

- Knowledge of CI/CD, DevOps practices, and deployment pipelines

- Strong problem-solving and decision-making ability
