Description :

- Provide production and application support for critical business systems.

- Lead a small team, mentoring team members and ensuring efficient task execution.

- Write and maintain Python scripts for automation, monitoring, and reporting tasks.

- Design and execute SQL queries for data extraction, reporting, and troubleshooting.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues and improve processes.

- Ensure compliance with operational procedures and service-level agreements (SLAs).

- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing clear updates on issues and resolutions.

Technical Skills & Expertise :

- Hands-on experience with Python scripting and SQL queries.

- Strong understanding of financial domain or Fintech industry processes.

- Experience in production/application support in a managed services environment.

- Ability to lead a small technical team and manage daily operations.

Experience & Qualifications :

- 4+ years of experience in production or application support.

- Proven experience leading or mentoring a team.

- Bachelors degree in BE, B.Tech, or related field.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
