Senior Technical Lead - Java/React.js

Role :

We are looking for a hands-on, experienced, and motivated Senior Tech Lead to join our dynamic Engineering team.

This role will be instrumental in shaping the architecture and execution of our SaaS platform.

As a technical leader, you will drive software development best practices, mentor engineers, and ensure the delivery of high-quality, secure, and scalable solutions.

Responsibilities :

Technical Leadership :

- Participate in architectural decisions and define the technical roadmap.

- Establish and enforce engineering standards, coding best practices, and testing methodologies.

- Guide the team in adopting modern design patterns, tools, and technologies.

Full Stack Development :

- Lead frontend development with React.js (minimum 4 years' experience required).

- Drive end-to-end feature development: design, implementation, testing, and deployment.

- Conduct thorough code reviews and promote clean, maintainable codebases.

Cross-Functional Collaboration :

- Clearly articulate technical decisions and trade-offs to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

- Stay updated with emerging technologies and contribute to continuous team improvement.

Qualifications :

- 5+ years of experience with Java and Spring Boot.

- 4+ years of experience with AWS cloud services.

- Strong proficiency in Java and Spring Boot, React.JS.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
