Role Overview :

We are seeking an experienced Tech Lead / Senior Tech Lead who will act as a single point of contact for the client while leading and mentoring a team of engineers.

The role requires strong technical expertise, leadership capabilities, and ownership of end-to-end project delivery with a focus on quality, scalability, and timely execution.

Key Responsibilities :

- Act as the single point of contact (SPOC) for the client and lead the project team.

- Own end-to-end project delivery, ensuring adherence to timelines, scope, and quality standards.

- Provide project status updates and reports to stakeholders, management, and clients.

- Design and implement robust, scalable, and high-performance system architectures.

- Write high-quality, maintainable, and efficient code.

- Develop new features and enhance/maintain existing functionalities.

- Track project progress closely and identify risks early, taking timely mitigation actions.

- Influence product architecture, design decisions, and overall user experience.

- Coordinate effectively with cross-functional teams and cross-project dependencies.

- Oversee the delivery process, manage scope changes, and prepare change requests when required.

- Mentor, guide, and technically lead a team of engineers.

- Review design documents, code, and execution plans to ensure best practices.

- Act as a product champion, proactively exploring features and providing actionable feedback.

- Build in-depth understanding of the assigned features/modules.

- Foster a collaborative team environment with strong interpersonal engagement.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 7-9 years of experience in software development.

- Minimum 2 years of experience in project and people management.

- Strong proficiency in C++, Data Structures, and Algorithms.

- Exposure to JavaScript and React.

- Strong problem-solving ability with the capability to work independently.

- Proven experience in strategy development, planning, and execution.

- Ability to brainstorm, unblock teams technically, and drive solutions.

- Knowledge of quality metrics and experience in tracking and improving them.

- Strong focus on timely delivery and high-quality outcomes.

- Hands-on experience with Jira or similar project management tools.

- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment.

- Ability to guide, support, and upskill team members.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Self-motivated, proactive, and ownership-driven.

Education : B.Tech / M.Tech / MCA in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields.
