Role Overview :

We are seeking a Senior Technical Lead Engineer who is a driver, not an order taker someone who operates with a strong product mindset, takes full ownership of outcomes, and delivers high-quality AI solutions that create measurable impact.

This is a hands-on, execution-focused role for engineers who think beyond code understanding why features matter, how they improve the product, and what success looks like.

You will collaborate closely with Technical Product Owners (TPOs), Technical Program Managers (TPMs), and Platform Engineers to translate product goals into production-ready AI systems powered by LLMs, SMLs, and distributed architectures.

Key Responsibilities :

- Own end-to-end delivery of AI initiatives, applying a product-first mindset to ensure solutions address user needs, business goals, and measurable outcomes.

- Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of distributed AI systems and intelligent workflows using Python, FastAPI, Azure, Kafka, Kubernetes, and agentic AI frameworks and protocols such as LangChain, LangGraph, A2A, MCP.

- Build and integrate scalable, production-grade RAG pipelines, vector databases, and retrieval systems, prioritizing reliability, observability, and maintainability with robust monitoring and logging.

- Collaborate cross-functionally with technical product owners, program managers, and platform teams to define requirements and deliver technically feasible, user-centric solutions.

- Communicate progress, risks, and technical insights clearly across global stakeholders, participating actively in design sessions, architecture reviews, and strategy discussions.

- Drive innovation and continuous learning by staying current with the latest in AI space and contributing to engineering best practices and platform efficiency.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, AI, or a related field (or equivalent experience), with a minimum of 7 years in software or AI engineering, including at least 2 years in a technical leadership position.

- Demonstrated success delivering production-grade LLM-based or distributed AI systems.

- Proficient with Python, FastAPI, Azure Cloud, Docker, Kubernetes, and event-driven architecture. Bonus for integrating AI backends with React or Angular frontends.

- Hands-on experience with LangChain, LangGraph, vector databases, RAG pipelines, and familiarity with CI/CD, observability, and DevOps practices.

- Excellent problem-solving, communication, critical thinking and product-focused thinking.
