We are seeking a Senior Tech Lead who will act as a Delivery Manager for our client team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in .NET Full Stack development but also possess a comprehensive understanding of various technology stacks.

As a Delivery Manager, you will oversee the entire .NET technology client team, ensuring the smooth delivery of projects, coordination with stakeholders, and overall team management.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead and manage the client delivery team working on .NET technology projects.

- Oversee .NET Full Stack development, ensuring the timely and quality delivery of projects.

- Act as the Delivery Manager, coordinating with clients, understanding their requirements, and ensuring smooth execution.

- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to team members, including front-end and back-end technologies.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful project delivery.

- Oversee project planning, resource allocation, and timelines for the entire delivery process.

- Ensure adherence to best practices in .NET development, code quality, and agile methodologies.

- Work with stakeholders to drive continuous improvement and innovation.

- Manage client expectations, conduct regular status meetings, and report progress effectively.

- Ensure high-quality coding standards, system integration, and troubleshooting across multiple technologies.

Key Skills & Experience :

Base Skillset :

- Strong expertise in .NET Full Stack (C#, ASP.NET, MVC, WebAPI, SQL Server, etc.).

Tech Stack Knowledge :

- Understanding of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, Angular, etc.), DevOps (CI/CD), cloud platforms (Azure/AWS), and other key technologies.

- Proven experience in managing a team and acting as a Delivery Manager.

- In-depth knowledge of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle), agile methodologies, and project management tools.

- Excellent communication skills with experience in managing client relationships and expectations.

- Experience in mentoring and coaching junior team members.

- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Good to Have :

- Experience with cloud technologies such as AWS or Azure.

- Familiarity with modern front-end frameworks (React, Angular).

- Project management certifications (e.g., PMP, Scrum Master).

Ideal Candidate :

- Based in Delhi NCR (preferably Noida).

- At least 10+ years of experience in software development, with 3+ years in a leadership role.

- Strong experience in .NET technologies and leadership across full-stack projects.

- Ability to lead a cross-functional team and handle multiple client projects.
