Our client is a global financial services organization with a strong institutional presence and a growing shared services and technology delivery footprint in India.

This is a high impact techno-functional role designed for a hands-on leader who can operate at the intersection of product, engineering, and AI, driving innovation from concept to scalable solutions in a fast-evolving environment.

Some of the key responsibilities will include :

- Build and deliver rapid POCs and prototypes using Python, translating ideas into tangible solutions and scalable architectures.

- Work across data ecosystems (SQL, NoSQL, vector databases) to enable seamless integration and intelligent workflows.

- Collaborate with engineering and platform teams to ensure POCs are scalable, secure, and production ready.

- Partner with senior stakeholders and leadership teams, using strong storytelling and presentation skills to influence decisions.

To be eligible for this role you will require :

- 10 - 15 years of experience across software engineering and recent experience into AI, or techno-functional product roles.

- Strong hands-on expertise in Python and database technologies (SQL/NoSQL, data modelling).

- Exposure to Generative AI, LLMs, NLP, or related AI frameworks along with proven experience in building POCs / prototypes in fast paced or undefined environments.

- Good understanding of cloud platforms (GCP/Azure) and modern architecture patterns.

- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into business value, with strong stakeholder engagement skills.
