- Lead the design, development, implementation, and support of Oracle Hyperion EPM applications.

- Develop and optimize Essbase (ASO and BSO) cubes, calculation scripts, and MDX formulas for performance and scalability.

- Design and maintain complex business rules, web forms, and SmartView integrations within Hyperion Planning.

- Implement and manage Hyperion Financial Management (HFM) including consolidations, currency translations, and intercompany eliminations.

- Manage Financial Data Management (FDM/FDMEE) integrations and data flow from ERP systems (e.g., Oracle EBS) to Hyperion applications.

- Collaborate with finance and IT teams to translate business requirements into scalable EPM solutions.

- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers and team members.

- Perform system performance tuning, troubleshooting, and optimization for Hyperion environments.

- Participate in architecture reviews, system upgrades, patch management, and enhancements.

- Ensure compliance with organizational ITIL processes and service management best practices.

Required Qualifications :

Education :

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, Accounting, or related field.

- Masters degree preferred.

Experience :
- Minimum 8 years of hands-on experience in Oracle Hyperion EPM suite (Planning, HFM, Essbase, FDMEE).

- Proven experience in leading technical teams and managing large-scale Hyperion implementations.

Technical Expertise :
- Proficiency in at least three to four Hyperion modules (Planning, HFM, Essbase, FDMEE).

- Strong experience with data integration tools such as FDMEE, ODI, or custom-built solutions.

- Solid understanding of financial processes planning, budgeting, forecasting, consolidation, and reporting.

- Advanced problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Certifications (Preferred) :

- Oracle Hyperion or EPM certifications.

- ITIL Foundation certification.
