Job Summary :

We're looking for an experienced Oracle Technical Consultant with 7+ years of hands-on expertise in Oracle EBS, specifically the Time and Labor (OTL) module. The ideal candidate has a strong background in PL/SQL, Oracle Forms/Reports, BI Publisher, and ETL tools like ODI or Informatica. This role requires a professional with proven problem-solving skills who can handle complex integrations and is available to support during Europe business hours.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop, configure, and maintain solutions within the Oracle EBS Time and Labor (OTL) module.

- Build and support complex ETL processes using Oracle Data Integrator (ODI) or Informatica to ensure seamless data flow.

- Design and develop custom reports using Oracle Forms/Reports and BI Publisher (BIP).

- Manage integrations between the OTL module and other core Oracle EBS applications, including Payroll and HRMS.

- Perform technical support and debugging for timecard validations, approval workflows, and system configurations.

- Collaborate with functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into robust technical solutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 7+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle EBS, with specific and deep expertise in the OTL module.

- Strong knowledge and experience in PL/SQL, Oracle Forms/Reports, and BI Publisher (BIP).

- Proven expertise in ETL development and support, with hands-on experience using either Oracle Data Integrator (ODI) or Informatica.

- Experience in handling integrations between OTL and Payroll/HRMS.

- A solid understanding of timecard validations, approval workflows, and OTL setup/configuration.

- Strong problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills.

Preferred Skills :

- Oracle Certified Professional (OCP) certification in relevant technologies.

- Exposure to Agile methodologies and DevOps tools.

- A background in supporting international teams and clients.
