Job Role : Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM (Senior Technical Consultant)

Experience : 8-12 yrs

Location : Bangalore, pan India

Responsibilities :


- Provide technical leadership and guidance to a team of developers, ensuring effective utilization of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and Power Platform technologies to meet project objectives and timelines.

- Collaborate closely with business analysts, architects, and stakeholders to understand requirements, translate them into technical specifications, and design optimal solutions.

- Lead the hands-on development of D365 CRM and Power Platform solutions, including configuration, customization, extensions, workflows, and integrations.

- Perform code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and mentor team members to ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and quality guidelines.

- Design and implement scalable data models, system architecture, and integration patterns to support robust CRM and business process automation solutions.

- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of D365 CRM and Power Platform solutions with other systems and applications.

- Collaborate with the testing team to ensure comprehensive test coverage, identify and address defects, and oversee the deployment of high-quality solutions.

- Stay up to date with the latest advancements in D365 CRM and Power Platform technologies, evaluate their applicability, and drive continuous improvement within the team.

- Act as a subject matter expert, providing technical guidance and troubleshooting support to resolve complex technical issues.

- Contribute to pre-sales activities by providing technical insights, participating in solution presentations and demonstrating expertise to potential clients.

Skills :

- Proven experience (6+ years) in hands-on development and technical leadership using Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and Power Platform.

- Strong expertise in D365 CRM configuration, customization (plugin & action), and extension using Power Apps (Model Driven & Canvas App), Power Automate, Power Portal/Power Pages.

- Hands on exposure on client site scripting (JS /TS).

- Hands on exposure regarding integration with 3rd party application /ISV by leveraging REST API.

- Experience in leading and mentoring technical teams of at least 5+ team members, with a track record of successful project delivery.

- Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex technical challenges and provide innovative solutions.

- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey technical concepts effectively to diverse audiences.

- Microsoft certifications in Dynamics 365 and Power Platform are highly desirable.

- Should have solution deployment exposure through unmanaged/managed solution package.

- Familiarity with Agile methodologies by leveraging Azure DevOps.

Nice to have :

- Experience with Azure services and cloud-based architectures is a plus.

- Hands on exposure in Custom Pages, Power BI, Power Virtual Agent, ADF, building CICD pipeline would be added advantage.
