Senior Technical Consultant - Maximo

We are seeking a Maximo Senior Technical Consultant to lead end-to-end IBM Maximo implementations, upgrades, integrations, and support engagements across Transportation, Utility, Oil & Gas, and Manufacturing verticals.

The ideal candidate will bring 10+ years of deep Maximo expertisecovering both technical and functional
dimensionsand a proven record of delivering scalable, secure, and business-aligned EAM solutions on-premise and on OpenShift container platforms.

Key Responsibilities :

Solution Leadership :

- Own the technical architecture for Maximo 7.x & MAS 9.x implementations.

- Lead gap-ft analysis, produce solution blueprints, and steer ofshore/onsite teams. |

Integration & Automation :

- Design & confgure MIF, object structures, enterprise & web services (REST/SOAP).

- Integrate Maximo with SAP (PI/PO, HCI), Oracle (OIC), and MuleSoft via connectors & middleware.

- Develop automation scripts (object, attribute, action launch points) and user-exit/processing classes.

DevOps & Cloud :

- Deploy and manage Maximo containers on OpenShift, including SSL certifcates, POD scaling, and CI/CD pipelines.

Data & Reporting :

- Build BIRT reports (Cross-Tab, KPI dashboards) and configure database triggers, stored procedures, and archive strategies (IBM Optim).

Business Process Design :

- Map asset, work, preventive maintenance, inventory, and purchasing workflows to client organizational structures.

- Configure status handlers, custom applications, domain values, and security groups. |

Stakeholder Management :

- Conduct requirement workshops, daily stand-ups, and weekly steering-committee updates.

- Prepare RDs, functional & technical specification documents, test scripts, and end-user training material.

Required Qualifications :

Education : Bachelors degree in Engineering (Electronics, Computer Science, or related).

- Experience : 10+ years overall, minimum 8 years hands-on IBM Maximo (7.5, 7.6, MAS 8/9).

Certifications :

- IBM Certified Advanced & Infrastructure Deployment Professional Maximo Asset Management v7.6

Work Locations & Travel :

- Primary : Remote delivery with occasional travel to client sites in Bahrain, UAE, Kuwait, and Canada (2030%).

- Reduction of integration defects by 25% quarter-over-quarter.
