Job Role : Senior Technical Consultant Infor Workforce Management (WFM)

Shift : US Shift (7 PM 3 PM IST)

Work Mode : Hybrid

Experience : 8+ years

Seeking an experienced Infor WFM Technical Consultant to deliver expert Application Management (AMS) and Application Development (ADS) services. The role involves owning the technical health of the Infor WFM solution, ensuring system stability, performance, and accurate data integration with Oracle HR, Payroll, and Project systems.

Key Responsibilities :

- Provide advanced technical support for Infor WFM, including troubleshooting and performance optimization.

- Manage integrations between Infor WFM and Oracle systems, ensuring data accuracy and timely transfers.

- Develop and maintain custom interfaces, reports, and configurations (pay rules, accruals, workflows).

- Support connected hardware (e.g., Infor time clocks) and assist with upgrades and patches.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on technical design, issue resolution, and system enhancements.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 8+ years of experience in Infor WFM (Workbrain) implementation, support, and integration.

- Strong SQL skills and deep understanding of Infor WFM architecture and core modules.

- Hands-on experience with Infor WFM integration tools, APIs, and data formats (XML, CSV, Flat File).

- Knowledge of ETL tools (ODI, Informatica) and Oracle EBS (HRMS, Payroll, Projects) preferred.

- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder collaboration skills.
