Senior Technical Consultant - ERP Implementation

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Technical Consultant to lead the design, development, and implementation of technical solutions that align with customer requirements.

This role requires strong expertise in ERP technical development, full-stack engineering, and system integration.

The ideal candidate will also drive technology standards, improve team productivity, and mentor junior consultants.

Primary Responsibilities :

- Lead the technical design, architectural decisions, and implementation of scalable solutions aligned with business and client needs.

- Mentor junior consultants and development teams, ensuring adherence to engineering best practices, coding standards, and quality benchmarks.

- Design reliable, secure, and cost-effective solutions in collaboration with functional and cross-technical teams.

- Develop and integrate third-party tools, APIs, and systems with ERP platforms, ensuring seamless data flow and functionality.

- Provide hands-on expertise in coding, troubleshooting, debugging, and customizing ERP/software solutions to meet client-specific needs.

- Oversee unit testing, integration testing, and support UAT activities to ensure high-quality deliverables.

- Collaborate with project managers to define technical scope, timelines, resource allocation, and risk mitigation.

- Ensure compliance with security standards, industry regulations, and organizational technical guidelines.

- Create comprehensive technical documentation including solution designs, architecture diagrams, and implementation guides.

- Support presales activities by contributing technical content, solution demos, and effort estimations.

- Stay updated with emerging technologies, ERP advancements, and development tools, continuously improving technical capabilities.

- Participate in knowledge sharing, leadership development, conflict resolution, and client-engagement activities.

Key Skills & Qualifications :

- Bachelors or Masters degree in Engineering, Computer Science, BCA, MCA, or related field.

- Strong technical expertise in Python, Django, JavaScript, SQL, and Odoo Development (preferred).

- Proven experience integrating ERP systems with third-party applications and external services.

- Strong understanding of system architecture, performance optimization, and secure coding practices.

- Experience handling complex technical scenarios, debugging, and performance tuning.

- Excellent problem-solving abilities and strong communication skills for client-facing interactions.

- Ability to lead teams, manage priorities, and work effectively in cross-functional environments.

- Familiarity with CI/CD, cloud platforms, and API-based integrations is an advantage.
