About the Opportunity :

Our client is a leading digital transformation and technology consulting organization helping enterprises leverage cloud, data, analytics, automation, and artificial intelligence to solve complex business challenges. We are seeking an experienced Senior Technical Consultant Data & AI to lead client-facing AI initiatives, architect intelligent solutions, and drive successful delivery of machine learning and generative AI projects.

This role combines hands-on technical leadership, customer engagement, solution architecture, and pre-sales responsibilities. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in machine learning, large language models (LLMs), agentic AI systems, and enterprise AI platforms while being comfortable engaging directly with executive stakeholders and business leaders.

Key Responsibilities :

AI & Machine Learning Solutions :

- Identify, evaluate, and prioritize AI and machine learning use cases for enterprise customers.

- Design, develop, and deploy advanced machine learning, deep learning, generative AI, and agentic AI solutions.

- Build custom AI models and intelligent systems to solve complex business challenges.

- Develop proof-of-concepts, prototypes, and production-ready AI applications.

- Implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), fine-tuning, prompt engineering, and model optimization techniques.

- Work across the full machine learning lifecycle, including deployment, monitoring, retraining, drift detection, and performance optimization.

Client Consulting & Delivery :

- Lead client-facing Data & AI project engagements from discovery through implementation.

- Translate business requirements into scalable AI and data solutions.

- Present technical recommendations and findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

- Guide customers on AI adoption strategies, governance, and best practices.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Data Engineers, Cloud Architects, Product Teams, and Business Stakeholders.

Leadership & Mentorship :

- Lead project teams and provide technical direction across AI initiatives.

- Mentor junior AI Engineers and Data Scientists.

- Establish engineering best practices, development standards, and AI governance frameworks.

- Contribute to internal innovation, accelerators, reusable assets, and AI thought leadership initiatives.

Pre-Sales & Solution Architecture :

- Support business development and pre-sales engagements.

- Participate in solution design, effort estimation, project scoping, and proposal development.

- Conduct technical workshops and client education sessions.

- Help define strategic AI roadmaps and transformation initiatives for customers.

Required Qualifications :

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related quantitative discipline.

- 5+ years of experience in Data Science, Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, or related fields.

- Strong Python programming skills with experience developing scalable and production-ready solutions.

- Hands-on experience building and training machine learning and deep learning models.

- Experience with frameworks such as :

- Strong understanding of :
