Job Summary

We are seeking a Senior Technical Consultant with a minimum of 6+ years of IT experience and a specialization in conversational AI.

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of hands-on experience with Druid AI, focusing on building, deploying, and maintaining conversational bots.

This role requires a professional with a strong understanding of NLP/NLU, and a solid background in API integration, scripting, and RPA.

You will be instrumental in designing and implementing intelligent automation solutions that integrate seamlessly across various platforms.

Key Responsibilities

- Conversational AI Development : Design, build, and deploy conversational bots using Druid AI.

- Apply a deep understanding of NLP (Natural Language Processing) and NLU (Natural Language Understanding) principles to create robust and intuitive conversation designs and dialog flows.

- API Integration & Data Handling : Integrate bots with various backend systems and services.

- You must be proficient in handling and processing JSON/XML data structures and have hands-on experience with RESTful API integration.

- Intelligent Automation & Scripting : Leverage your expertise in UiPath to develop complex workflows and manage orchestrators.

- You should have good scripting knowledge in Python, JavaScript, or VB.NET for creating custom activities and extending bot functionality.

- Deployment & Maintenance : Ensure the successful deployment of chatbots across multiple platforms, including web, mobile, WhatsApp, and Microsoft Teams.

- You will also be responsible for the ongoing maintenance and performance optimization of these solutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

Core Experience :

- Minimum of 6+ years of IT experience.

- At least 2 years of experience specifically with Druid AI for building conversational bots.

Technical Proficiency :

- Solid understanding of NLP/NLU, conversation design, and dialog management.

- Proficiency in API integration and working with JSON/XML data structures.

- Good scripting knowledge in Python, JavaScript, or VB.NET.

- Hands-on experience with UiPath workflows and orchestrators.

- Familiarity with chatbot deployment across multiple platforms.

Education :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

- Exposure to other AI platforms such as Dialogflow, Microsoft Bot Framework, Rasa, or Copilot.

- Experience with Agentic AI solutions and emerging LLMs (Large Language Models).

- UiPath certification (Associate or Advanced RPA Developer).

- Experience with process mining and task analysis using UiPath tools.

- A strong understanding of secure bot design and GDPR/data privacy compliance
