Senior Technical Architect - Marketing Cloud Personalization (MCP)

About the Role :

We are seeking a strategic and hands-on Senior Technical Architect with deep expertise in Marketing Cloud Personalization (MCP) to design and deliver intelligent, data-driven customer engagement solutions. The role focuses on real-time decisioning and personalization across mobile applications and web platforms, enabling personalized customer journeys at scale.

The ideal candidate will combine strong technical architecture skills with leadership capabilities to drive personalization initiatives, collaborate with stakeholders, and contribute to best practices and governance.

Experience :

Total experience : 9-14 years

- Minimum 5+ years of experience in Real-time Decisioning and Personalization

- Proven experience in mobile app and web personalization initiatives

Technology Stack :

- Salesforce Marketing Cloud Personalization (Interaction Studio)

- CleverTap

- APIs and SDKs

- Customer Data Platforms (CDP)

- CRM systems

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead Next-Best-Action and real-time personalization initiatives across digital channels

- Design and implement scalable MCP architectures aligned with business and personalization goals

- Drive personalization strategies and technical execution across mobile applications and web channels

- Architect and oversee mobile app integrations using APIs and SDKs

- Ensure effective use of customer data and behavioral signals to enable personalized experiences

- Provide technical leadership and architectural guidance across personalization initiatives

- Establish and follow technical governance standards for MCP implementations

- Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, product teams, and delivery teams

- Contribute to reusable assets, reference architectures, and Center of Excellence (CoE) initiatives

- Support Agile delivery models and ensure alignment with personalization roadmaps

Must-Have Skills & Competencies :

- Strong understanding of customer data models and data-driven personalization

- Hands-on experience with behavioral analytics and real-time customer insights

- Exposure to AI-based recommendation approaches within personalization platforms

- Experience with real-time event processing for personalization use cases

- Strong knowledge of APIs and SDK-based integrations

- Experience working in Agile delivery environments

- Excellent communication skills to engage with technical and non-technical stakeholders

- Proven leadership skills with the ability to guide teams and influence decisions
