Job Title :

Teamcenter Core Development & Customization Engineer

About the Role :

We are seeking a skilled engineer to design, develop, and configure core Teamcenter solutions. The role focuses on building robust data models, extending Active Workspace client functionality, and creating serverside business logic using the Integration Toolkit (ITK). You will also be responsible for configuring key Teamcenter modules and ensuring optimal database and system performance.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and implement data models with BMIDE to support complex business processes.

- Develop and customize Active Workspace (AWC) client interfaces to improve user experience and add functionality.

- Author custom serverside business logic and extensions using ITK development in C/C++ and related integration frameworks.

- Configure and manage core Teamcenter modules such as Workflows, ACLs, Organization, Classification, Structure Manager, Revision Rules, and Variant Rules.

- Maintain and optimize database schemas and overall system architecture to ensure peak performance and reliability.

Required Skills :

- Strong proficiency in Teamcenter BMIDE for data model creation.

- Handson experience developing Active Workspace client extensions.

- Expertise in ITK development with C/C++ and integration frameworks.

- Solid understanding of Teamcenter configuration, including workflows, ACLs, classification, and revision/variant rules.

- Experience with relational database schema design, performance tuning, and system architecture optimization.

Preferred Skills :

- Familiarity with PLM best practices and governance processes.

- Knowledge of additional Teamcenter modules or extensions (e.g., Change Management, BOM Management).

- Exposure to scripting or automation tools used in PLM environments.

Qualifications :

- Proven experience delivering endtoend Teamcenter customizations and configurations.

- Demonstrated ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

- Strong problemsolving skills and attention to detail.

- Effective communication skills for collaboration with crossfunctional teams.
