Job Description :

- Strong expertise in PowerShell.

- Automation and AI experience.

- At least Level 2 Certification in Intune.

- Strong Intune and MEMCM knowledge with proficiency in application and policy creation/deployment/troubleshooting, software updates deployment/troubleshooting, task sequence creation/deployment/troubleshooting.

- Strong Knowledge and Experience in PowerShell scripting.

- Strong Knowledge and Experience in Microsoft Graph and use of Graph API.

- Exceptional working experience and Knowledge in Intune and W365 management.

- Experience in handling high priority escalations and addressing leadership in critical situations.

- Strong understanding of Microsoft Active Directory with hands on experience on user groups creation/modification.

- Ability to write/modify SQL queries and creation/modification of SSRS reports.

- Proven Experience and ability to identify and convert possible processes and opportunities into Automations.

- Understand the process workflow in tools and services like Remedy and other Ticketing Tools.

- Sound knowledge in Windows 11 Operating System and all above knowledge to effectively communicate, understand and transform requirements, collaborating with technical resources, and engineering teams.

- Ability to on board new activities, stream line, document and train team members, mentor junior team members, and conduct knowledge transfer sessions to upscale the skills in the team.

- Adapt / adhere to the process and look for improvements towards continuous improvements and ideas.

- Strong communication skills required as coordination with project managers, line of business contacts are key responsibilities of this role.

- Create Documents and Excel Pivot tables whenever needed, and PowerPoint skills would be an added advantage.
