Description :

- Manage and administer EMC Isilon & PowerScale storage systems, including disaster recovery (DR) configurations using SyncIQ, and operational monitoring using InsightIQ and Superna Eyeglass.

- Oversee Pure Storage FlashArray operations, ensuring optimal performance and availability.

- Configure and maintain Cisco SAN fabrics, including zoning, port diagnostics, and troubleshooting.

- Administer Azure cloud resources, with a focus on VM management and storage backup solutions.

- Develop and maintain automation scripts and tools using PowerShell, CLI, or REST APIs to improve operational efficiency.

- Manage Windows File Services, Distributed File System (DFS), and Active Directory-integrated permissions to ensure secure and efficient file sharing.

- Handle backup and restore workflows using Rubrik or equivalent backup tools to safeguard data integrity.

- Utilize IT Service Management (ITSM) tools such as Ivanti for incident, problem, and change management. Maintain accurate Configuration Management Database (CMDB) records.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement infrastructure improvements and respond to incidents promptly.

- Document system configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps to support knowledge sharing.

Qualifications :

- Proven experience with EMC Isilon & PowerScale storage solutions, including DR with SyncIQ and monitoring tools like InsightIQ and Superna Eyeglass.

- Solid knowledge of Pure Storage FlashArray operations and management.

- Hands-on experience with Cisco SAN fabrics, including zoning and port-level diagnostics.

- Strong Azure administration skills, especially VM provisioning and storage backup management.

- Competency in scripting and automation using PowerShell, CLI, or REST APIs.

- Good understanding of Windows Server technologies, including DFS, Windows File Services, and Active Directory permissions.

- Experience managing backup and recovery workflows with Rubrik or similar backup solutions.

- Familiarity with ITSM tools such as Ivanti and experience with CMDB management.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.

- Strong communication and documentation skills.

Preferred Skills :

- Certifications in Microsoft Azure, EMC Storage, or Cisco SAN technologies are a plus.

- Experience in cloud migration projects or hybrid cloud environments.

- Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices related to storage and backup systems.
