Role Summary :
The Senior Support Engineer will provide L2/L3 production support, troubleshoot application issues, and ensure system reliability for enterprise applications.
This role requires strong technical analysis, debugging ability, and understanding of cloud-based systems.
Key Responsibilities :
- Provide advanced technical support for enterprise applications and backend systems.
- Troubleshoot application failures, performance issues, and integration problems.
- Manage incident queues, service requests, and root-cause analysis.
- Work with engineering teams to deliver permanent fixes and enhancements.
- Monitor application logs, API calls, error codes, and performance metrics.
- Develop scripts and tools for automation, monitoring, and diagnostics.
- Perform release validations, deployment checks, and configuration updates.
Required Skills :
- Strong debugging and analytical skills
- Good understanding of .NET, SQL, Windows/Linux systems
- Experience in application monitoring tools (Splunk, New Relic, AppDynamics, etc.)
- Knowledge of network basics, API testing, and system troubleshooting
Preferred Skills :
- Experience with cloud environments (AWS/Azure)
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines
- Experience in automation scripting (Python, Shell, PowerShell)
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
- ITIL certification preferred
