Mandatory Skills :

- Experience with EDI mapping (EDI to XML, EDI to flat file etc.).

- Good understanding of ANSI X12 (Retail Domain preferred) and EDIFACT standards (preferably 3-5 years and 6-9yrs).

- Experience with XML, flat files and spreadsheets.

- Experience with transfer protocols such AS2, FTP/s, SFTP and HTTP/s.

- Team player with good written and verbal communication skills.

- Analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Good Troubleshooting skills.

- Good experience with deep log analysis or root cause analysis.

- Good Understanding with Business process.

Desired Skills :

- Exposure to basic API concepts.

- Exposure to basic database concepts and SQL queries.

About the Role :

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Support Engineer with extensive experience in EDI mapping and strong troubleshooting skills. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of ANSI X12 and EDIFACT standards, hands-on experience with transfer protocols, and the ability to analyze complex business processes and production issues. This role requires excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving abilities.

Key Responsibilities :

- Provide advanced technical support for EDI integrations and business transactions.

- Create and maintain EDI mapping (EDI to XML, EDI to flat file, etc.) based on business and partner requirements.

- Work with ANSI X12 (Retail domain preferred) and EDIFACT standards to support trading partner implementations.

- Monitor, investigate, and resolve EDI/transaction issues using deep log analysis and root cause identification.

- Manage and troubleshoot data formats including XML, flat files, spreadsheets, and related transformations.

- Support transfer protocols such as AS2, FTP/S, SFTP, HTTP/S and ensure secure and reliable communication.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address business process issues and improve support efficiency.

- Develop documentation for processes, support activities, workflows, and best practices.

- Mentor and support junior team members as required.

Mandatory Skills :

- Hands-on experience with EDI mapping (EDI to XML, EDI to flat file, etc.).

- Strong knowledge of ANSI X12 and EDIFACT standards preferably 35+ years of experience for ANSI X12.

- Experience working with XML, flat files, and spreadsheets.

- Strong understanding of transfer protocols AS2, FTP/s, SFTP, HTTP/s.

- Excellent log analysis, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis skills.
