Senior Support Engineer

Position : Senior Support Engineer.

Work Location : Trivandrum (Technopark) - Work From Office.

Experience Level : 5 -7 years experience.

Notice Period : Immediate Joiner.

Job Role/Job Description :

What is the expectation of the candidates current role/profile ?

- 5+ years of experience in full-stack application support, DevOps, or SRE role.
- Has to work in 24x7 environment.

- As a Sr support Engineer, it is expected to work on shifts including Holidays & Weekends

- Experience in ETL process, web development technologies, API service development.

- Proficient in scripting languages such as JavaScript, Typescript, PowerShell and/or Python.

- Strong troubleshooting skills using built-in browser tools.

- Knowledge of DevOps methodologies and tools, including CI/CD concepts and tools like

Jenkins.

- Familiarity with automation and configuration tools such as Ansible.

- Experience with public clouds (GCP, AWS, Azure) and implementing projects on them is a plus.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Familiarity with change management and ITSM.

Skill Set Required :

- Knowledge in application development (Coding languages) and deployment (CI/CD)processes in - Web , API, Batch & ETL technologies.

- 3+ Experience in Application Infrastructure Support.

- Good knowledge in troubleshooting issues on both application level and infrastructure level.

- Familiarity with change management and ITSM.

- Good in Automation techniques and understanding of languages such as - Python, Java script , Shell script, etc.
