Job Description :
We are looking for a Senior SuccessFactors Consultant specialized in Compensation & Variable Pay modules. The candidate should have extensive experience in leading SF projects, implementing compensation cycles, and collaborating with HR stakeholders.
Responsibilities :
- Lead end-to-end implementations of SuccessFactors Compensation and Variable Pay modules.
- Conduct workshops, gather business needs, and translate them into functional configurations.
- Design compensation statements, budgets, guidelines, and eligibility rules.
- Ensure seamless integration with EC, Payroll, and third-party HR systems.
- Handle testing, cycle management, go-live, and hypercare.
- Work closely with HR teams to enhance compensation processes.
Required Skills :
- 10- 12 years of SF experience with deep expertise in Compensation & Variable Pay.
- Strong functional knowledge of HR processes and compensation frameworks.
- Proficiency in configuration, cycle-management, XML, and admin tasks.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.
Nice to Have :
- Experience with SF EC, Performance & Goals.
- SF Certification is a strong advantage.
