About The Job :

We are looking for highly skilled Storage Firmware Engineers with deep expertise in SSD firmware and Flash Translation Layer (FTL) development.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design & develop SSD / HDD storage firmware

- Work on FTL (Flash Translation Layer) - L2P mapping, wear leveling, garbage collection

- Develop and optimize NVMe / SATA / SAS storage protocols

- Contribute to firmware architecture, performance optimization & debugging

- Work closely with hardware teams on NAND / flash memory systems

Note (Important) :

- We are specifically looking for core storage firmware engineers.

- Profiles from Automotive, IoT, Networking, Cloud, or Testing/QA backgrounds will not be considered.

Essential Job Functions :

Mandatory Skills (Must Have) :

- Strong experience in Storage Firmware (SSD / HDD)

- Hands-on experience in FTL (Flash Translation Layer)

- Expertise in NVMe / SATA / SAS

- Strong programming in C / C++

- Experience with NAND Flash / Flash memory management

Qualifications :

Education :

- BE / BTech / ME / MTech (Computer Science or related)

- Preferred : IIT / NIT / IISc
