STIBO STEP MDM Senior Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled STIBO STEP MDM Senior Developer to join our dynamic team.

This role is ideal for professionals with deep expertise in STIBO STEP who can lead end-to-end MDM solution delivery across multiple domains (CMDM, SMDM, Multi-domain).

Key Responsibilities :

- Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to gather requirements and deliver scalable STIBO STEP MDM solutions

- Provide technical leadership in design, development, and deployment phases

- Resolve complex issues and ensure adherence to best practices

- Support the full project lifecycle with strong problem-solving and communication skills

Required Skills & Expertise :

- In-depth experience with STEP system setup and configuration

- Strong data modeling skills (Attributes, Containers, Groups)

- Hands-on experience with UI configuration : Screens, Subscreens, Pop-ups

- Integration expertise (Inbound/Outbound/Gateway) SOAP, REST, IDOC

- Knowledge of workflow setup, business rules using JavaScript/Rhino, XSLT, and XML

- Experience with Golden Records Matching & Linking

- Proficiency in bulk data management, data import/export processes

- Expertise in packaging hierarchies and change packaging

- Strong command over STEP API and Extension API

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments

- Excellent analytical and interpersonal skills

- Ability to lead junior developers and interface with clients directly
