Senior STIBO Engineer

Role : Senior Stibo Engineer

Location : Chennai/Hyderabad/Bangalore/Mumbai/Kolkata/Delhi NCR

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead and execute technical development, configuration, and customization of Stibo STEP modules.

- Manage and implement Product Information Management (PIM) solutions using Stibo STEP, with a strong focus on data models, workflows, and configurations.

- Utilize knowledge of STIBO solutions, including tool functions and features available "out of the box."

- Design and set up workflows, including creating variants and ensuring optimal system functionality.

- Configure and maintain business rules, business functions, and outbound configurations.

- Utilize Smartsheet for configuration management.

- Manage user group configurations and privileges to ensure secure and efficient access.

- Monitor and report using STIBO monitoring/reporting functions.

- Configure and manage WebUI Portal settings for enhanced user experience.

- Apply best practices in MDM/PIM architecture and design.

- Leverage additional knowledge in PDX and hold Stibo Certification, as these are considered advantageous.

Mandatory Skills :

- Minimum of 5 years' experience in Stibo STEP technical development and configuration.

- Strong understanding of Product MDM.

- Proven experience in leading Stibo PIM End-To-End implementations.

- Expertise in STEP Data models, workflows, and configurations.

- Familiarity with STIBO solution features and functions.

- Proficiency in designing and setting up workflows.

- Strong knowledge of business rules, business functions, and outbound configurations.

- Experience with Smartsheet configurations and user group management.

- Ability to monitor and report using STIBO functions.

- In-depth knowledge of WebUI Portal Configurations.

- Strong understanding of PIM architecture and design, following MDM/PIM best practices.

Nice to Have Skills :

- Knowledge of PDX.

- Stibo Certification.
